GNCB Consulting Engineers provides Owners and Architects structural engineering services for the Preservation, Restoration, stabilization, and adaptive reuse of historic buildings. Our projects range from vernacular buildings such as mills, barns and historic houses, to institutional and cultural buildings such as churches, theaters, and museums. We are experienced with the application of the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties as well as the requirements of the Building Code. GNCB meets the Professional Qualifications Standards for Engineering as outlined in the Secretary of the Interior’s 36 CFR Part 61.

Since Gorman Architectural’s conception in 1998, the team has grown to over 30 designers across 6 states and growing.
